Key Responsibilities: Medical Oversight: Ensure adherence to Ayurvedic treatment principles and best practices across all clinics. Provide guidance on Allopathy emergency procedures and disease management. Conduct regular medical audits to assess clinic performance and identify areas for improvement. Responsible for Overall Medical Improvement in Region as per the defined protocols Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of medical professionals. Provide mentorship and training to clinic doctors and staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Clinic Operations : Conduct regular clinic visits to assess operations and provide support. Ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality patient care. Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Patient Care: See patients in OPD settings to provide consultations and treatments. Track patient outcomes and provide support to ensure optimal recovery. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for clinic doctors and staff. Stay updated on the latest advancements in Ayurvedic medicine and share knowledge with the team.
