Apparel Product Developer & Fashion Coordinator Halff Grey- Women’s Western Wear brand focused on minimal, timeless styles. Pattern Development & Sampling: Convert design references or inspiration images into garment patterns (starting with a single size). Coordinate with the sampling unit to get the first sample made. Review fit, make necessary changes, finalize, and get grading done for all sizes. 3D Visualization: If skilled, create 3D renders using tools like CLO3D to visualize garments with selected fabrics and minor design modifications. Coordination with Vendors & Production: Communicate with fabric vendors for sampling and sourcing. Coordinate with tailors, sampling units, and production teams to manage progress and follow-ups. Production Oversight: Conduct random quality checks during production to ensure consistency, stitching, finishing, and overall quality. Documentation & Contracts: Draft simple agreements for sampling units, bulk production vendors, or third-party suppliers. Maintain proper documentation of each style, development stage, and vendor info. Tech Pack Creation: Create detailed tech packs for each style, including measurements, construction details, trims, fabric specs, and finishing guidelines for the factory. Costing & Fabric Utilization (Optional but Helpful): Assist in estimating fabric consumption and garment costing to support pricing decisions and ensure profit margins. Timeline & Calendar Management: Maintain a timeline for all sampling and production activities. Ensure all approvals, vendor handovers, and deliveries are met on time with regular tracking. Shoot Supervision: Be present during monthly garment shoots. Ensure styling, garment fit, and overall brand aesthetic are maintained throughout the shoot. Coordinate between model, stylist, and photographer for a smooth shoot experience Skills & Tools Preferred: Pattern Making (Manual or CAD: TukaTech, Gerber, Optitex, etc.) Tech Pack Documentation Fabric & Trim Knowledge Basic Costing and Fabric Yield Estimation MS Excel, Trello/Notion or similar tools CLO3D/Browzwear Basic contract drafting
