Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand's presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, campaign strategy, and performance tracking. If you live and breathe Instagram reels, trending tweets, and LinkedIn storytelling, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with company goals. Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.). Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal community. Monitor trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant. Run paid ad campaigns (if required) and optimize for reach, engagement, or conversions. Track KPIs and provide monthly reports (engagement, follower growth, CTR, etc.). Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns. Work with influencers and brand collaborators as needed. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar. Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, Stories). Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of social media KPIs. Creative thinker with the ability to adapt tone and style per platform.
