Tips: The Export Operations & Sourcing Executive plays a key role in supporting our global spice export operations. Success in this position means ensuring smooth coordination with Indian suppliers, accurate export documentation, timely follow-ups, and professional communication with buyers. This role directly supports the CEO and is essential to maintaining consistency, quality, and reliability across our sourcing and export processes. A successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Coordinate with Indian suppliers and processors for product availability, pricing, documentation, and shipment updates. Manage and organize export documents, including COA, HACCP/ISO certificates, phytosanitary, fumigation, BL drafts, invoices, and packing lists. Assist in preparing Proforma Invoices, shipment schedules, and basic export documentation. Follow up on sample dispatches, lead times, and supplier commitments to ensure timely fulfillment. Support buyer interactions by sharing documentation, product details, and responding to initial queries. Maintain trackers for inquiries, pricing, certifications, and supplier performance. Conduct supplier research and help evaluate new processing partners. Work closely with the CEO to ensure all export and sourcing activities are aligned with company standards and timelines. Maintain clear, professional communication across email, phone, and WhatsApp as required. Ensure all tasks are executed with accuracy, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail. Qualifications Must-Have: 3–6 years of experience in export documentation, sourcing, supply chain coordination, or related roles. Strong understanding of export compliance elements such as HACCP, ISO, APEDA, COA formats, and basic food safety documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Proficiency with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel and basic document management. Ability to work independently and support senior leadership with accuracy and professionalism. Nice-to-Have: Experience in the spices, food export, or agro-commodity sector. Familiarity with GFSI frameworks (BRCGS, SQF, FSSC) and pathogen-validation processes. Experience coordinating with suppliers in Guntur, Hyderabad, Unjha, or Mumbai regions.
