Key Responsibilities: Conduct personalized and group workout sessions (Strength, Cardio, CrossFit, HIIT, etc.) Monitor client progress and adapt training plans accordingly Educate members on proper fitness techniques and healthy lifestyle habits Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within the gym Support Zumba, CrossFit, and event days as needed Maintain a motivating and friendly environment for members Drive Personal Training (PT) sign-ups with a goal-oriented approach Requirements: Certification in Personal Training or equivalent (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) Prior gym floor or PT experience preferred Excellent communication and motivational skills Knowledge of basic nutrition and injury prevention Team player with discipline and professionalism Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required
