We’re scaling our partner network across India and need motivated Growth Partners to join our sales engine. Role Summary: V B Global Services (VBGS) is hiring Growth Partners across India. You will be the frontline Growth Partner for VBGS: generate and manage leads (from your affiliate link and company-provided lists), own the sales conversation from first contact to close, log activity in our CRM, and consistently meet targets and deadlines set after onboarding. Work remotely, get full training, marketing assets, and coaching — zero investment required. Freshers welcome. Key Responsibilities: Share your unique referral link and follow up on every lead. Work on VBGS-assigned lead lists and convert them into clients. Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, handle objections, and close deals. Log activity and follow company processes.
