UX/UI Specialist

As a UX/UI Designer at this company, your primary responsibility will be to understand and translate strategic company goals, business requirements, and user tasks into compelling user experiences. You will create UX/UI solutions that take into account content, navigational structure, human-machine interaction, and non-functional constraints. Your role will involve developing branded, creative, and innovative GUI visuals to ensure a useful interactive experience. Additionally, you will define art vision, visual language, and standards to create application style guides for developers. You will also be responsible for creating documentation, style guides, and asset resources for the art and programming teams to follow and utilize. Key Responsibilities: - Translate strategic company goals, business requirements, and user tasks into compelling user experiences - Develop GUI visuals that are branded, creative, and innovative - Define art vision, visual language, and standards to create application style guides - Create documentation, style guides, and asset resources for the art and programming teams - Lead design process through sessions with customers, showcasing proposed designs while engaging stakeholders - Advocate for users" interests while balancing professionalism with project constraints - Collaborate with customers, design, and development teams during design phases and development support cycles - Guide and mentor team members and external parties, such as design studios Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Human Factors, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction) - Domain knowledge obtained through academic background, certified usability training, and/or equivalent sources - Familiarity with prototyping and usability tools like Axure, Visio, and Morae will be advantageous Please note that Amdocs is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.,
