Description
You will be working as a UX/UI Designer at Tcules, an AI-first design technology company based in Ahmedabad. Your role will involve collaborating with the Design Lead and engineers to design end-to-end user experiences, participating in client and stakeholder conversations to understand product context, creating information architecture, wireframes, and user flows, designing production-ready user interfaces using Figma, and contributing to internal product experiments and R&D efforts focused on LLMs, assistants, and multimodal interfaces. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Design Lead and engineers to design end-to-end user experiences - Participate in client and stakeholder conversations to understand product context - Create information architecture, wireframes, and user flows - Design production-ready user interfaces using Figma - Contribute to internal product experiments and R&D efforts focused on LLMs, assistants, and multimodal interfaces **Qualifications Required:** - Solid understanding of UX principles and usability heuristics - Strong skills in Figma and interface design - Hands-on experience with AI tools beyond ChatGPT, such as Midjourney, Runway, Galileo, Uizard, or Framer AI - Understanding of how design fits into the software development lifecycle - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to design within real-world constraints Tcules is known for its high-trust work environment, real ownership with direct exposure to clients and product teams, contribution opportunities to internal R&D through the Future Interfaces Lab (FIL), culture of deep work, feedback, and continuous growth, studio-first setup in Ahmedabad for focused creativity, competitive salary, health insurance, and a generous leave policy.
