Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Senior UX UI Designer to join our team at Cheran Group of Companies in Coimbatore. This full-time position requires a strong focus on enhancing user experience and user interface designs through innovative and practical solutions. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in wireframing and prototyping, as well as proficiency in various design tools, aiming to consistently improve educational technology platforms. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping is compulsory; these skills are essential for conceptualizing and creating effective design solutions. Expertise in Figma to design and prototype features smoothly and collaborate with other team members efficiently. Strong knowledge of Adobe XD, harnessing its tools for designing innovative interface solutions that enhance user engagement. Experience using Sketch for creating high-quality digital experiences with an aesthetically pleasing interface. Ability to conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations, ensuring user-centered design practices. Proficiency in interaction design, focusing on creating interactive elements that improve user engagement and usability. Ability to perform usability testing to evaluate product functionality and stay aligned with user requirements. Clear understanding of user-centered design principles to deliver solutions that meet complex user and business needs. Roles and Responsibilities Create compelling user experience designs maintained through collaborative teamwork and regular design reviews. Develop wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate user interactions and design concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, conduct research and achieve user-centered outcomes. Employ user research techniques to gain insights into user needs and preferences for improved design solutions. Ensure consistency and clarity in all design deliverables aligning with brand identity and user-friendliness. Innovate interaction designs that enhance usability and optimize the user experience on our digital platforms. Conduct and analyze usability studies to devise scalable improvements and update design strategies accordingly. Stay ahead of UI trends and emerging techniques to continually iterate on design and front-end interfaces.
