About Us: Soul AI is a pioneering company founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, with a strong founding team from IITs, NITs, and BITS We specialize in delivering high-quality human-curated data, AI-first scaled operations services, and more Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong design portfolio and at least 2 years of experience to create visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences You will collaborate with developers to ensure designs are executed as intended Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design solutions Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Why Join Us Competitive pay (‚1200/hour) Flexible hours Remote opportunity NOTEPay will vary by project and typically is up to Rs 1200 per hour (if you work an average of 3 hours every day that could be as high as Rs 108K per month) once you clear our screening process Shape the future of AI with Soul AI!
