Role & responsibilities UXL Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business needs and our IT solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate those needs into actionable IT initiatives. Responsibilities: Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Conduct interviews, workshops, and document analysis to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions. Develop use cases, user stories, and process models to clearly define system functionality. Solution Design and Evaluation: Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations based on cost, feasibility, and alignment with business goals. Develop business cases to justify IT investments. Project Management and Implementation: Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams. Support user acceptance testing and training. Process Improvement and Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Preferred candidate profile A graduate in Engineering or Business Management. Excellent communication skills in English required. Excellent analytical skills are required.
