UX / UI Designer

As a UX-UI Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with Product, Strategy, Marketing, and Tech teams to shape and deliver the design vision and strategy. Your responsibilities will include identifying research questions, conducting interviews, user surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs, and defining user personas. You will also be tasked with planning and designing the information architecture for the app, creating use cases, design flows, wireframes, experiences, and defining information hierarchies. Furthermore, you will design mockups and prototype interactive solutions, collaborate with front-end developers to ensure proper translation of design, and write compelling, user-friendly copy that guides the user and represents the brand voice. Utilizing industry best practices, you will optimize pages for speed and scalability, work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce the brand's style, and be open to designing various collateral related to apps, websites, or general digital promotions. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a deep understanding of design methodologies, principles, and visual design. You should have a user-centric mindset, attention to detail, creative and analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your portfolio should demonstrate expertise in ideation, visual design, interaction, and delivery, showcasing your ability to create great products. Additionally, you should have 8 to 10 years of experience as a UX-UI Designer or in a similar role, with a degree in BCA/MCA/BTech or relevant field. Your portfolio should include high-quality work samples, demonstrating mastery of design concepts and visual principles, especially in the digital realm. Proficiency in software tools such as InVision, Sketch/Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, Axure RP, and Marvel is essential for success in this role.
