UX Designer

You will demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices. You will support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs while building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Furthermore, you will provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders. You will identify business needs, determine and carry out necessary processes and practices, monitor progress and results, recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities, and adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. It is essential to model compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans. You will utilize the Open Door Policy and demonstrate and assist others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices. As a Product Designer, you will help customers live better by improving their web and mobile experiences. You will apply your expertise in interactive design, visual design, and prototyping to solve complex ecommerce challenges. You will work closely with partners in Product, Engineering, and Analytics, dedicating your team's collective creativity to delivering experiences that delight customers. You will think conceptually, applying a user-centered approach to requirements and interdependencies to develop engaging interfaces. Additionally, you will think visually, using techniques like storyboards and sketching to communicate interaction design concepts. Your design decisions will be based on good judgment, experience, research, and data, making a real impact at scale through new product launches and interface improvements that affect billions of customers every day. You will collaborate with other designers to deliver a cohesive customer-centered experience and readily give and receive constructive feedback. You will bring a strong product design portfolio that demonstrates designing to solve customer needs. An excellent grasp of the design thinking and prototyping process is required, including product/interaction/visual, with the ability to move from pencil on paper to layout to pixel-perfect handoff using tools such as Sketch, Invision, and Zeplin. Stellar interaction and visual skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends. Expert communication and presentation skills are crucial, with the ability to clearly present your work and advocate design rationale. You will have experience working in and navigating a corporate environment independently and delivering successful design for responsive web, iOS, and Android. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of designing for multiple platforms experience, with 3+ years as a senior visual and interaction designer or equivalent practical experience, are required. Additionally, experience building efficient, scalable systems or in eCommerce, along with a bachelor's in Design, User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction, Mass Communications, or related field, will be beneficial for this role.,
