UX Designer Lead/5-10 Years/Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer Lead to design and drive user experiences for business-critical, multi-device, and responsive systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and consistent user experiences. The role requires expertise in modern design tools, exposure to AI-driven prototyping, and the ability to establish and maintain org-wide design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process for complex, business-critical applications across web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to align business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Translate product requirements and business problems into intuitive design solutions, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Leverage design tools such as Figma for high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experiment with LLM-based design tools (e.g., Lovable AI) to accelerate rapid prototyping and ideation.
• Establish, manage, and evolve organization-wide design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI tools, and UX best practices to bring innovative approaches to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven UX design experience, including at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the design of business-critical systems and responsive, multi-device applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Exposure to AI-powered prototyping tools such as Lovable AI or similar.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems at an organizational level.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance business objectives with user needs and technical constraints.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex workflows and data-heavy systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale applications or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) for better collaboration with engineering.
• Understanding of data visualization and interaction design for complex dashboards.
• Experience in mentoring or leading design teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
