UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. It is essential for you to be proficient in FIGMA design and have a strong understanding of Agile UIUX design principles. Your tasks will include designing graphic user interface elements, building page navigation buttons and search fields, and developing UI mockups and prototypes to showcase the functionality and appearance of websites. Moreover, you will create original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables, and identify and troubleshoot UX problems like responsiveness issues. You will be required to make layout adjustments based on user feedback and adhere to style standards concerning fonts, colors, and images. To qualify for this role, you should have proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar position and possess a portfolio of design projects. Understanding the principles of Agile Scrum and Design Sprint Development is crucial, along with up-to-date knowledge of design software, preferably including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Proficiency in spoken English and active participation in daily stand-up meetings for brainstorming purposes are also necessary. You must have a solid grasp of concepts like User Stories, Wireframes, Mock-ups, and Prototypes. Additionally, regular FIGMA experience of at least 1.5 years is a must, indicating daily usage. A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and proficiency in UX, Figma, Prototyping, Design Illustrator, Web Application, Mobile App Prototyping, and Website Designing are essential for success in this role.,
