UX Designer (Figma)

We are seeking a UX Designer (Figma) to promptly become a part of our team. As a UX Designer (Figma), you will be based in India (Bangalore) and will follow a twice a week onsite hybrid model. It is mandatory for applicants to possess a competitive compensation package. Kindly note that a portfolio of past work is essential for the screening process. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors and/or Masters degree in UX design or other Design related fields. With a minimum of 6-8 years of experience, the candidate should have a background working on Enterprise Products, with experience in A/B Testing Platform being a bonus. The role will involve conducting and leading Generative Research, such as primary interviews with users, as well as Evaluative research like Usability Testing and concept testing to ensure user satisfaction. Proficiency in FIGMA is a key requirement for this role. The candidate should be able to create interaction design mocks, clickable prototypes, and presentations. Furthermore, working closely with Developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation is crucial. Familiarity with the Client's internal Design Language System - Living Design, and ensuring consistency with other Walmart enterprise products is important. The successful candidate should possess good EQ, be highly independent, and have the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Cultivating good working relationships with Product Management, Engineering, and UX stakeholders is essential. Due to the stakeholder base in the US, the candidate should be available for late evening calls and be willing to visit the Walmart office three days a week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday).
