Job Description

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for all devices.
Maintain design consistency through visual guidelines and design systems.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Experience working with design systems and collaborating with developers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have:

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Prior experience working in Agile environments.
