Role Overview As a Sales Associate (Inside Sales) , you’ll be the first point of contact for women exploring Uvi Health’s programs. Your role is more than just sales — it’s about counseling with empathy , building trust, and helping women take informed steps toward better fertility and hormonal health. This is a high-impact, user-facing role suited for someone who thrives in purpose-driven conversations, has a strong understanding of B2C sales, and is deeply passionate about women’s health. What You'll Do Engage with Prospective Users : Connect with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email to understand their needs and concerns. Educate and Inform : Clearly explain the benefits and structure of Uvi Health’s programs, tailoring the pitch to the user's unique situation. Counsel with Care : Support users in understanding the importance of their health condition and how Uvi can help — not just with facts, but with empathy. Follow-up Diligently : Ensure all leads are nurtured, tracked, and followed up on in a timely and professional manner. Use CRM Tools : Manage lead journeys, update user notes, and track conversions via CRM tools like LeadSquared or HubSpot. Maintain Call Hygiene : Follow best practices in outreach, call documentation, and user handling. Flexible Week Schedule : Availability to work on Sundays is essential (a compensatory weekday off will be given). What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales , preferably in healthtech, edtech, or other mission-driven consumer businesses. Exceptional spoken and written communication in English and Hindi. A passion for women’s health, fertility, or wellness — you genuinely care about making a difference. High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly with users. Organized and diligent — especially in managing leads and maintaining CRM hygiene.
