If you’re passionate about health, Ayurveda, and building meaningful digital impact — we’d love to work with you. 💼 Key Responsibilities Strategize and execute performance-driven digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) to boost app traffic, consultations, and product engagement. Drive organic social growth with high-impact content, reels, storytelling, and funnel strategies. Ideate and implement full-funnel growth strategies — lead magnets, retargeting flows, WhatsApp flows, etc. Manage SEO/ASO/SEM strategies to increase discoverability and engagement. Craft copy and visuals that convert — from ad creatives to landing pages. Track KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV) and optimize campaigns for better revenue traction. Work closely with founders to prioritize high-ROI marketing actions aligned with product goals. Lead influencer outreach and community-based strategies to strengthen trust in our platform. Contribute actively to sales-enablement , storytelling, and campaign communication. ✅ Ideal Candidate 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing. Has worked in/with AYUSH, HealthTech, or wellness startups (e.g., Jiva Ayurveda, Karma Ayurveda, MyUpchaar, etc.) — strongly preferred . Strong understanding of funnels, ads, content-led growth, and monetization strategies . Excellent with copywriting (you know how to sell with words). Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, social media tools, WhatsApp flows , etc. Solid grasp of business objectives — can think like a founder and act like a growth hacker. Experience working with early-stage/startup teams and able to work independently. Sales mindset and good communication skills — ability to talk to users, doctors, partners.
