Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on the promotion and sale of advanced analytical instruments (Microscope). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and applications, coupled with the ability to present and position our solutions effectively against competitors. Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: o Identify and generate leads through various channels including web research, direct contacts, existing customer relationships, and cold calls. o Initiate cold calls to assess prospects' needs and determine the suitability of our instruments for their applications. • Customer Engagement: o Engage with prospects to understand their specific applications and challenges. o Present and pitch the most appropriate analytical instruments that meet their needs. o Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements and prepare tailored configurations and proposals. • Sales Strategy & Execution: o Make in-person and online presentations to potential customers, showcasing the advantages and benefits of our products. o Analyze the competitive landscape for each opportunity and develop counterarguments to effectively address competitive offerings. o Persuade customers of the superiority of our instruments for their specific applications. • Order Management: o Follow up diligently with customers to secure purchase orders (POs). o Verify the accuracy of POs to ensure they align with the customer's application needs and our provided quotes. Preferred candidate profile • Proven experience in sales and marketing, Experience in Microscope is mandatory. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. • Technical understanding of analytical instruments and their applications is a plus. • Ability to analyze customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
