Utility Operator

As an employee at Sigachi, you will be responsible for operating various utility equipment efficiently and ensuring the smooth functioning of the manufacturing plant. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating the FO Fired boiler and coal fired HAG regularly as per the requirement. - Recording all the Utility parameters in the log sheet timely. - Operating the DM plant, RO plant, Rinse & backwash, boiler blowdown, air compressor plant, chilling plant, dehumidifier, and cooling tower regularly as needed. - Arranging and making Chemical dosing in time at DM cooling tower, RO plant, and cooling tower. - Maintaining the housekeeping of the plant as per the standard norms. - Updating the status board of equipment on a regular basis. - Ensuring that all equipment are periodically cleaned as per SOP and recorded.
