Operation and maintenance of utility plants Refrigeration, Boiler DG SETS, CO2 & AIR Plants. • Corrective and preventive maintenance of process and utility Equipment and maintaining 90% uptime Operation and maintenance of process and utility equipment. • Reduction of B/D and schedule condition monitoring and proper Selection of spares. • To prepare daily report of maintenance of respective department& follow the necessary instructions given by department head. • Knowledge of TPM, 5 WHY Technique in analyzing root causes. • Maintenance of WTP, ETP and WWRTP plants. • Responsible for making and executing PM schedule for all process Utility equipment. • Responsible for maintaining critical Spare List for process and Utility equipment. • Responsible for housekeeping in Utility area. • 100% safety compliance IN WORKING AREA. • Maintaining daily logbook/ records/documents relates to Maintenance. • Indent for the spares required with specification
