Job Type: Full Time / Permanent Shift: Night shift Responsibilities Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients/Vendors/Implementations Partners in the US. Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers and submit right internal and/or external consultants for the right positions. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization. Procure people for different IT Requirements Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates. Personally, conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises. Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and consulting firms. Work closely with clients to understand their specific technical requirements and staffing needs. Requirements 2-4 Years Experience in US IT Recruiting In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market. Should have worked on technical skill positions or profiles already. Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company. Must be comfortable working in CST, EST and PST shifts. Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders. Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, H4 EAD, OPT and TN. Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp). Strong understanding of technical requirements. Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to network in order to build an exemplary IT department for the company. Proficient in English both verbal and written. Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally Responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting job candidates Responsible for sourcing profiles through various job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc Negotiate hourly/salary rates and employment terms with candidates on W2. Ensure compliance with US labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies for W2 hiring. Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems and prepare regular hiring reports. Job Type: Full-time Candidate must be willing to work in Night Shift. Working hours will align with the Central Standard Time (CST) Zone to support U.S. business operations. Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
