You are an Associate Product Manager with a strong background in software development and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Your role is crucial in creating and delivering advanced geospatial solutions for the agricultural sector. You will work in Agile Scrum teams to translate technical concepts into user-centric products. Your responsibilities include actively monitoring product development stages, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones. You will assist in project planning, execution, and tracking, managing dependencies, risks, and issues to keep projects on track. Additionally, you will lead scrum ceremonies and serve as the Scrum Master to ensure the effectiveness of the Agile process. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with product managers, development teams, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to define product requirements, features, and enhancements. You will prioritize and manage the product backlog, write user stories, and ensure alignment on product goals and priorities across teams. Strategic planning is an important aspect of your role, aligning features with market demands and technological advancements. You will monitor product metrics, analyze user feedback, usage data, and market trends to iterate on product features and functionalities. Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats will inform the product strategy. Your communication skills are crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams, and you will be involved in writing PRDs, user stories, and product documentation. Your analytical skills will be utilized for market research and data analysis. Overall, you will work in Agile Scrum environments to build the capability of leading Agile teams. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, working in person at the specified location.,
