User Success Engineer

As a User Success Engineer at DASSAULT SYSTEMES, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to valued customers. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving reported issues, anticipating problems, and collaborating with the development team to deliver solutions promptly. Additionally, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Thorough understanding of the product for accurate troubleshooting - Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues with dedication - Anticipate potential problems and offer preventive solutions - Submit and track issues with the Development Team - Implement functionality under R&D guidance for specific customer demands - Collaborate with customers and partners to resolve issues - Deliver timely answers and validate code corrections - Participate in customer calls to convey technical expertise - Identify root causes of issues and deliver solutions - Collaborate with Customer Success Advocate to prioritize resolution plan **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Comp. Science) - 1-3 years of CAA/C++ experience **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in C++ or CAA - Experience with scripting languages like EKL, Business Logic, Data Model Customization, CAA REST APIs - Experience in PLM Customization - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn quickly **Helpful Skills:** - Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Web technologies - Experience in REST Web API - Experience in Python In this role, you will represent DASSAULT SYSTEMES to customers worldwide, collaborating with diverse teams to provide technical support and resolve customization issues.
