User Interface/Experience

We are seeking a User Interface Designer to join our Bangalore team. As a successful candidate, you should possess a strong understanding and knowledge of the entire UI/UX design process, ranging from design research to prototyping. Exceptional communication skills are a must for this role. You will collaborate closely with the creative director and web & mobile application developers to conceptualize and design applications for both Web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of UX design experience. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web and mobile applications is required. You should be capable of establishing and implementing design guidelines and specifications, adhering to industry and platform standards. Previous experience in conceptual development, creative prototyping, tactical UI design, and implementation is highly desirable. You should demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently and possess the ability to analyze applications to enhance user-friendliness. Adaptability in handling projects of varying complexities, from ambiguous to well-defined, and from basic to innovative, is crucial for this role. Strong visual design skills are essential. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are key attributes for success in this role. Proficiency in major design tools such as Adobe suite, Balasmiq, etc., is preferred.,
