By conducting research on grassroots football workflows, you will design empathetic user flows and create data-driven visuals to simplify complex information. Key Responsibilities: - Map end-to-end user journeys for players, clubs, parents, and officials. - Assist in wireframing, prototyping, and testing experiences for web and mobile apps. - Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams for design alignment. - Research grassroots football workflows to create empathetic user flows. - Support the creation of dashboards and data-driven visuals for simplified information. Qualifications Required: - Current student or recent graduate in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields. - Proficiency in user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD. - Curiosity to understand sports tech, grassroots communities, and digital product ecosystems. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. - Bonus: Interest in football or sports development.
