Job Description

Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join Adobe Design as a Senior Experience Designer within the Illustrator team of the Creative Cloud business. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to understand customer needs deeply and deliver industry-standard tools for print and digital media. You will be responsible for designing holistic experiences and interactions that bring delight to users and enhance their workflows. Your work will contribute to building the industry-leading graphic design tool that empowers Creatives to design anything they can imagine. Key Responsibilities: - Design holistic experiences across multiple products and platforms by collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners - Create "simple, elegant & intuitive" experiences and interactions that enhance user workflows - Communicate design ideas using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes - Engage directly with customers to understand their goals, validate design solutions, and conduct usability testing - Work effectively in a cross-organization setup to deliver compelling user experiences - Use systems thinking to solve complex design and technology problems - Manage multiple workstreams with exceptional attention to detail - Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc. - Advocate for research insights and support product strategy based on creative and analytical skills - Craft user interactions for automation and features driven by machine learning and artificial intelligence Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in product design with a successful track record - College degree or equivalent practical experience in design with a focus on graphic design, HCI, or related fields - Experience in solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc. - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and problem spaces clearly - Passion for understanding the role of technology in the creative process - Ability to conduct and present research insights to support design opportunities and product strategy - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Knowledge and passion for accessible and inclusive design (Application details omitted as per the provided instructions),
