Job Description

As a Senior Experience Designer at Adobe Design on the Document Cloud team, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focusing on driving user acquisition, engagement, and monetization for Acrobat. You will have the opportunity to work on products such as Adobe Acrobat, Sign, and Scan, which are used by over 700 million monthly active users across multiple platforms. Your role will involve shaping the future of documents and productivity tools at Adobe. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design simple, elegant, and intuitive conversational GenAI experiences to enhance the user experience of Acrobat. - Develop cohesive interaction patterns that merge prompt-based, generative, and conversational touchpoints into a seamless user experience. - Experiment on acquisition, monetization, and engagement strategies with a user-centric approach. - Define design strategies and visions for AI-first products, effectively communicating them to senior executives. - Create sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to bring interactive AI experiences to life. - Advocate for the user by incorporating feedback, research, and data to design trustworthy and helpful AI solutions. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to implement conversational and unified AI capabilities across Acrobat. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience in product design with a successful track record. - Proficiency in solving complex design and technology challenges using systems thinking. - Experience collaborating with design, product management, software development, and users from ideation to implementation. - Strong communication skills to explain complex problem spaces and design strategies effectively. - Creative and analytical abilities to support research, synthesize insights, and drive design opportunities. - Proficient in facilitating brainstorming sessions, building presentations, and pitching concepts. - Comfortable working on open-ended development projects in early stages. - Deep knowledge of various design approaches, methodologies, prototyping, and wireframing techniques.
