Maintain professionalism and compliance with US collection guidelines.
Update payment information and customer records accurately.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
Minimum 1 year experience in US Collection / US Process.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Salary up to 35K based on experience & skills.
