Handling a team who handles Compliance/ documentation reviews related to clients. Leading and Managing team with a knack to help team members and get solutions to their issues/concerns. Ability to make effective independent decisions. Analyzing team goals and managing team performance. Help team members toimprovise their respective performance, coach/ mentor/ train when required.
