US Personal Banking Cards MIS Reporting Lead

As a highly experienced MIS Reporting Lead with expertise in the Credit Card and Lending industry and proficiency in SAS, Python, PySpark, and Tableau, your role will involve: - Leading the end-to-end development and delivery of MIS reports and dashboards for US Personal Bank Credit card and Lending business. - Partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide actionable insights through automated reporting solutions. - Interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making. - Maintaining and optimizing SAS-based reporting processes and migrating to Python/PySpark on Big Data platforms. - Designing interactive Tableau dashboards for senior leadership and regulatory reporting. - Implementing an automated reporting control framework to ensure accuracy throughout the reporting life cycle. - Collaborating with Data Engineering and IT teams to leverage data lakes and enterprise data platforms. - Mentoring junior analysts and promoting knowledge sharing across teams. - Supporting ad-hoc analysis and audits with a focus on data integrity. Qualifications required for this position are: - Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analytics, or BI in Banking/Financial Services, with a focus on Credit Cards. - Proficiency in SAS for data extraction, manipulation, and automation. - Advanced skills in Python and PySpark, particularly in big data environments. - Expertise in Tableau for dashboard design, development, and data storytelling. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
