Job Description

US Mortgage Pre-Closing process.

Role Details:

Experience: 2 to 5 years
CTC: 1 LPA 4.5 LPA
Notice Period: 0 to 15 days (including serving notice)
Location Preference: Candidates currently based in Bangalore only

Key Responsibilities:

Handle US mortgage pre-closing processes with accuracy and efficiency
Review loan documentation for loan processing, loan origination, and closing
Prepare and validate Closing Disclosure (CD), Initial Closing Disclosure (ICD), Loan Estimate (LE)
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan closings
Ensure compliance with conventional loan regulations and company standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in US mortgage, pre-closing, and post-closing processes
Strong understanding of mortgage documentation and loan compliance
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
