We are looking for talented, passionate, and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our growing team at ConvexTech!

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
• Experience working with Implementation Partners.
• Good knowledge of W2, 1099 & C2C hiring models.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting IT consultants.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the complete US recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source and screen qualified IT consultants.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
• Handle W2, 1099, and C2C requirements.
• Manage candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
