US HR & Payroll Specialist

Role Overview: As a part of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing various HR tasks related to new hire documentation, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, performance reviews, policy updates, and compliance audits for the US staff. Your role will also involve providing support to the management with HR reports and ensuring adherence to HR communication standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage new hire documentation including W-4, I-9, and direct deposit forms. - Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures for US staff. - Administer employee benefits such as health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k. - Assist in conducting performance reviews, updating policies, and communicating HR information. - Support management by preparing HR reports and facilitating compliance audits. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of W-2 and 1099 classifications. - Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail. - Willingness to work during US business hours (EST). - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and HRIS tools.
