Requirements:
24 yrs experience in US Collection / 3rd Party Collection
Prior Team Leader experience mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation & people management skills
Knowledge of FDCPA compliance & collection process
Target-driven & hands-on with Excel/CRM tools
Responsibilities:
Lead & manage US Collection team
Achieve collection targets & handle escalations
Train, monitor & motivate team
Maintain MIS & reports
