Disprz – AI-powered people-development platform Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python . What Were Looking For 4-10 years of experience in full-stack development in a Startup Proven experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, RAG pipelines , or recommender systems Strong grasp of JavaScript/Python Bonus: Experience with CAD/BIM tools like Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, or working with Autodesk APIs Youve worked in a fast-paced startup, or want to build one now
