Job Specification: 1. Lead and Supervise all Maintenance and Upgrade work related to Engineering. 2. Maintaining Diesel Stock 3. Maintaining inventories related to Electrical and Plumbing. 4. Conducting regular Maintenance and servicing of Electrical equipment, DG sets, Transformers, etc. 5. Attending to guest complaints regarding electrical/plumbing issues. 6. Active participation towards upgrading the services in the best interest of the hotel in association with the extended team and Management. The terms and conditions that shall apply for this engagement are as follows: (A) During the period of association/ engagement you will be paid your decided salary amount. Save and except the payment of agreed salary and benefits of skill development, learning and opportunity herein offered, you wil not be entitled to any other benefit. (B) In addition to monthly salary, you wil be entitled to avail meals at the Hotel cafeteria upon the payment of usual charges. Your accommodation shall be provided by the Hotel. Your compliance in this regard is expected. (C) Your official work hours are subject to change on a daily/weekly basis as per the hotel's occupancy. You are expected to follow the shifts set by the Management and report your biometric attendance daily at the gatemen's shed. Should you be required at the hotel premises for emergency reasons at any given hour of the day, your immediate presence is solicited. (D) Your leave rules shall be governed by the Management and is subjected to be amended from time to time. Your absence from duty without prior application and approval will attract deduction insalary. (E) You are eligible to 90 days per annum of paid leave during the tenure of your appointment, provided the said leave does not coincide with the hotel's peak season. (F) You are expected to report on duty ni your ful uniform and maintain strict grooming guidelines prescribed by the Hotel. Failing which a penalty may be levied. (G) Outside of your duty hours/shift/on days of leave, you are not permitted to leave the hotel premises in uniform. (H) You are expected to contribute in all other departments of the hotel should you be assigned by the Management. During the period of this contract, your engagement and the contract thereof under these presents may be terminated by 30 days notice on either side without assigning any reason. A shorter notice period of less than 30 days for termination may be accepted on payment of compensation in cash equal to your salary for the number of days the notice falls short of the said period of 30 days. However, you would not be relieved from the engagement ni the case the Hotel has high occupancy/is approaching or amidst its peak seasons/short on manpower at any given period as deemed by the Management. Under such circumstances, minimum notice can be extended subject to requirement of the Hotel; said period wil not exceed 90 days since date of resignation submission. (J) The Hotel reserves the right to terminate your employment at any given time without a notice period or compensation should you be proven guilty of gross misconduct/criminal activity/non-compliance of the Hotel's rules and regulations/ disrespect towards guests, co-workers, Management.
