- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with urological disorders, including diseases of the urinary tract and male reproductive system - Perform both non-invasive and surgical procedures to address a variety of urological conditions - Collaborate with medical professionals across specialties to provide comprehensive care and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs - Interpret diagnostic tests and analyze patient records to determine appropriate treatment courses - Educate patients and families on urological health, treatment options, and preventative care strategies - Stay updated with the latest advancements in urology to continuously provide cutting-edge care - Participate in research and clinical trials to advance the field of urology and contribute to medical literature - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate, detailed patient records

Required Qualifications

- Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a urology residency program - Board certification in Urology and a valid state medical license - Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a range of urological conditions - Strong surgical skills and familiarity with the latest urological techniques and technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams - Commitment to continuous education and professional development in the field of urology - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
