Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or a related life science field. Most Prefer: South Indian Candidate Experience: A minimum of 3 years of full-time clinical experience performing human IVF/ICSI in a high-volume ART laboratory. Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in all advanced ART techniques, including ICSI, assisted hatching, embryo biopsy, and vitrification. Technical Acumen: Strong manual dexterity, excellent visual recognition skills, and the ability to work with precision under sterile conditions. Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by cycle scheduling. Strong ethical compass and commitment to patient privacy (HIPAA compliance).
