• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives

• Deliver excellent customer experience and post-sales support

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales and team leadership
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage targets and deadlines
• Open to travel within Sangli and surrounding areas
