Job Title: Civil Engineer Location: Pune- Shirwal Employment Status: Full Time Qualification: Bachelor / Masters in Engineering, B. Tech/M. Tech Experience: Minimum 5 years Notice Period: Immediate joiner Salary: Best in the Industry Role & responsibilities Professional with 5-10 years relevant experience of Industrial civil works & designing Industrial structures like Technological structures, Equipment foundations, Pipe racks, Structural Platforms, Steel Staircases, etc. Candidate needs to be ready to work from construction site at Shirwal (the project is MIDC Kesurdi, District Satara). Transport will be available from Pune. Structural analysis & design for calculations including connections using relevant codes and standards and tools. Coordinate work with designers/drafters/and other disciplines such as architectural, piping, mechanical, electrical, etc. Site Inspections for actual work measurements/conditions/and co-ordinations. Also, able to carry out the civil/structural activity on site as or when required. Conversant with StaadPro, SAP Software, Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other 3D tools like Tekla Structure, Navisworks, Revit, etc. Expertise in leading entire number of tasks right from planning, controlling, developing phases of project life cycle to design engineering Subject knowledge of preparing technical specifications, scope and deliverables, estimates and BOQ based on requirements generated during detailed engineering of the project Broad exposure in appraising competitive contracts, negotiating prices and terms Capabilities of preparing and floating tenders to contractors, evaluating offers and finalizing contract in view of project schedule Solid knowledge in Indian norms and standards Design and coordination for industrial building for Swiss client Design, coordination and approval from consultants. Special Construction Methods for Infrastructure Works Structural Design of Industrial Buildings, Tender Preparation, floating and Management. Assisting Construction Management teams.
