Urgent required Education Counselors at Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about various courses and career options
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful enrollments
• Maintain regular communication with enrolled students for retention
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for student support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in educational counseling or ed-tech/academic sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and sales abilities
• Comfortable working with targets
• Graduates or postgraduates from any stream (Education/Management preferred)
