We are looking for a Sales Manager who has hands-on experience in field sales and is confident in managing and developing a sales team. The role involves building your own sales team, training them, and achieving business targets through strong field activity and customer interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and develop a strong field sales team
• Guide and motivate the team to achieve monthly business targets
• Conduct field visits, lead generation, client meetings, and business presentations
• Monitor team performance and provide regular support and training
• Maintain strong relations with customers to ensure repeat business
