Urgent Opening for Process Coordinator || Gurgaon || Female

NMG Technologies is looking to grow its Managing Director Office’s team for which a Data Management Executive/ Process Coordinator has a critical role.

You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with employers about projects, Process, events, or campaigns expectations and goals.
• Collaborating with clients or employers.
• Delegating tasks to appropriate team members
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Required Candidate Skills:

• Should be an expert in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Google Data Studio dashboards. Functions like (IF, Countifs, Sumifs, VLOOKUP, Import range, Query functions, Pivot tables, Unique, Conditional formatting, Data validation techniques, Concatenation, etc.)
• Must know how to create Google forms, Pre-Filled Google Forms and manage Response validation, and collection.
• Must have experience on PMS & FMS.
• Candidate must be proficient in utilizing Google Sheets add-ons such as Form Mule and other relevant tools.
• Candidate skilled in creating data relationships using formulas to enhance data management.
• Candidate should be able to take quick decisions and manipulate data effectively.
• Problem-solving skills
• Quick learner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
