Urgent Opening: MERN Stack Developer 3 to 8 Years

About the Role

MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN)
.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with best practices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
Optimize applications for
performance, security, and scalability
.
Integrate third-party APIs and services when needed.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Participate in
code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
.
Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.

Required Skills

3 to 8 years of hands-on experience
as a MERN Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
.
Good understanding of
REST APIs
(GraphQL knowledge is a plus).
Solid foundation in
HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
.
Familiarity with
Git, CI/CD pipelines
.
Knowledge or experience with Next.js is an added advantage.
Exposure to
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex challenges.
Experience in
mentoring or leading small development teams
is a plus.
