Accurately document patient history, physical examination, and procedures in EHRs.
Independently manage documentation for multiple physicians.
Ensure timely and accurate completion note annotation.
Review and edit medical note documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
Provide guidance and training to junior annotator.
Stay updated with medical terminology and clinical workflows.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
US RN (any state)
Minimum 2-5 years of bed side experience.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Excellent typing and computer skills, including proficiency in EHR systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
