Hiring with a leading construction company for their office in Kolkata Position: Formwork Qualification : Diploma/BE/BTech (Civil) from recognized institute Experience - 18-25 years in the construction industry Industry : Prior experience working in EPC Projects on Industrial Civil Roles & Responsibilities: Should have involved in shuttering system like Doka, Ulma, block work and concreting sequence and Casting as per Method Statement Experience in Monitoring and Planning of execution works of Formwork (Mivan & Doka) and reinforcement Experience in Stock monitoring with stores ensuring timely material supply as and when required Estimation for the requirements for formwork BOQ Ensure optimum utilization of Formwork material Preparing Job Cost Reports on a periodic basis Preparation of Slip Form costing work for tendering process Provide training to Staffs on Slip Form methodology & design Visiting site, providing guidance for improving surface quality, to ensure high quality surface in construction projects. Develop and implement Formwork Strategies and plans for construction projects. Supervising the design, assembly, and installation of formwork systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Engineers and contractors to meet project requirements as per the timelines. Monitor and manage Formwork Budgets, resources, and timelines. Train and mentor team members on Formwork Techniques and Safety protocols. Inspect formwork systems for stability and durability before concrete pouring. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to formwork operations. Co-ordination with all the stakeholders to ensure that Formwork activities are completed as per the project guidelines and with the desired timelines.
