ITI Mechanical Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery, ensuring efficient production and high-quality outputs. Key duties include operating equipment according to specifications, monitoring performance, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, inspecting finished products, and adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Job Location- Turbe MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation:Set up, adjust, and operate various production machines to meet productivity targets and ensure efficient operation.Quality Control:Monitor machine operations and inspect finished products to maintain high quality standards and identify defects.Maintenance & Cleaning:Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and prevent breakdowns.Material Management:Ensure machines are stocked with necessary materials and assist with tracking material usage.Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve equipment issues, coordinating with technicians for necessary repairs.Safety Compliance:Follow all established safety rules, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.Documentation:Maintain accurate logs of machine operations and production output, and report any malfunctions to supervisors.Collaboration:Work with production teams, supervisors, and other personnel to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Knowledge:Understanding of how to operate specific machinery, knowledge of blueprints, and ability to work with various hand tools.Attention to Detail:The ability to focus and detect issues with both the machines and the manufactured products.Physical Stamina:Ability to perform tasks requiring physical effort, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Problem-Solving:Skills to identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.Communication:Clear communication with supervisors and team members about equipment performance and operational issues.
