To review the QMS process in the shop floor for the implementation and effectiveness ;
To move the rejections on a daily basis into scrap area ;
To Analysis of Data. & Action to Achieve KPI (customer / in-house PPM) ;
To monitor and review Part identification and Traceability records ;
To follow and review process as per Work standard ;
To monitor and review the rework with actions ;
To update the Error proofing / Product safety working conditions to achieve product quality ;
